Yael Consulting, a growing business consultancy, was reaching its operational ceiling. The founder and team were managing clients manually through a mix of Google Sheets, messages, and legacy tools — limiting how many clients they could take on without increasing headcount.
Idea
The core idea was to design and build an analytical tool integrated with an internal CRM tailored exactly to their workflows — not another bloated SaaS, but a lean, custom system that covered lead tracking, onboarding, client work, and team coordination from one place.

- Audited existing processes and tools to define pain points
- Created a requirements document based on direct team input
- Built a React.js + Python app with integration to existing Google Sheets where needed
- Worked in close weekly loops with the founder to refine features and logic
- Prioritized simplicity and speed so the team could onboard quickly
