Israjets is a private aviation service provider offering on-demand flights to premium clients. While the service itself was world-class, the digital booking process lagged behind — the outdated widget wasn’t converting traffic into leads.
Idea
To increase conversions, we proposed rethinking the booking widget not just visually, but functionally. The goal was to make it fast, intuitive, mobile-first, and fully integrated with backend systems — with real-time conversion tracking.
Design & Development
We started by analyzing the old widget’s UX flow, bottlenecks, and load speed.
The key development process included:
- Gathering product requirements with the client
- Designing a clean, trust-building interface
- Developing the widget in React, with clear CTAs
- Integrating it with the client's CRM and analytics tools (GTM, Mixpanel)
- Iterating several times based on conversion data and user feedback
